Ziegler takes the Eezehaul route with NetDespatch online services

UK courier and express specialist Eezehaul has boosted its business thanks to some clever IT integration using the web. The London Gatwick based firm has won a major contract with European logistics giant Ziegler after meeting stringent integration requirements.

With the help of NetDespatch, Eezehaul can now provide a seamless EDIFACT interface that allows data to be freely interchanged between Ziegler’s web portal and various systems used by Eezehaul to manage their UK deliveries. For Ziegler, live tracking and POD information for every UK-bound consignment is instantly available allowing customers across Europe to be given up-to-date information on their shipments.

Eezehaul is one of the largest in-put depots for the APC overnight parcel network and The Pallet Network. They are connected to APC using NetDespatch Velocity and run an Indigo system which also integrates with NetDespatch.
